This page describes current product behavior. The service is in preview; final retention schedules and contractual data-processing terms must be confirmed before a production rollout.
Chyt.ai processes account details, uploaded documents and connected knowledge sources, chatbot conversations, and usage records needed to operate the service and calculate plan usage.
Relevant source excerpts and conversation messages are sent to the selected AI provider to generate responses. Connected channels and integrations receive the information needed for their configured actions. Provider terms and your account configuration govern those external services.
Workspace access depends on account roles and chatbot sharing settings. Content, conversations, uploaded files, and operational records are stored separately; copies can also exist in backups. Publish a chatbot only when its knowledge is appropriate for its intended audience.
Removing a source or chatbot from the dashboard is not a guarantee of immediate permanent erasure from storage, conversation history, logs, or backups. Automated permanent deletion across all stores is not yet available.
