Chyt.ai is a product developed by Thompson Consulting. The service operator is THOMPSON CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, referred to here as Thompson Consulting.
These terms remain a draft pending legal review. They describe the current service boundaries; confirm any contractual requirements with us before relying on Chyt.ai for a production deployment.
Using Chyt.ai
Chyt.ai provides AI chatbot tooling using the content and settings you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to upload or connect that content, choosing the intended audience, and managing access to your workspace. Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
AI responses and connected services
AI responses may contain errors or omit relevant information. Test your assistant and verify important answers before relying on them. Connected AI providers, payment providers and communication channels have their own terms and account requirements.
Plans and availability
Feature access depends on your plan, workspace settings and the availability of required providers. Review the plan and payment details shown in your Billing page before starting a subscription. If a payment status is unclear, contact support before trying again.
The service may change or be interrupted. These draft terms do not provide an uptime or support-response commitment. Any required service-level agreement must be confirmed separately.

Review our privacy information for current data handling and deletion limits, and our service and security information when assessing a deployment.
