Account and data access

Workspace roles control administration. Chatbot visibility and visitor sign-in settings control who can chat. Review the knowledge you add before publishing a bot, and test access as the intended visitor.

AI and connected services

Generating an answer can send relevant source excerpts and conversation messages to the selected AI provider. Connected channels and integrations also process the information required for their configured actions. Choose providers and source material that meet your requirements, and review their terms.

Channel and voice availability

The dashboard shows which channels have the required service configuration. Setup can also require a paid plan, your provider account and provider approval. Voice requires an available voice service as well as an enabled chatbot configuration. A configuration indicator does not guarantee uptime or confirm that your complete customer journey has been tested.

Operational commitments

Recovery objectives, support response times, data residency and any required independent assurance must be agreed before a production rollout. This page does not claim a security certification or service-level agreement.

Our privacy information explains current storage and deletion limits. Dashboard deletion does not guarantee immediate erasure from all stores or backups.
